Payments/Terms:
Authorize.net and PayPal are used to process secure online orders. Payment must be received
in full before products will be shipped, unless commercial account terms have
been established with Easy Adapters. Our commercial account terms are net 30
days. No discount is offered on early payment. Accounts are only opened for
established commercial enterprises based in the U.S.A. with a positive credit
history expecting to purchase $2,000 minimum per year. To open a commercial account please print and complete the Credit Application & Sales
Agreement form. Please email the completed forms to sales@easyadapters.com. You will receive an email from Easy Adapters
establishing your account. If you do not have commercial account terms with us, please use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express to make your
purchases.
Returns:
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase from EasyAdapters.com,
it may be returned to us subject to the following conditions: Customers must
email us at sales@easyadapters.com
for a return authorization number, products must be returned in as-shipped
condition within 30 days from the day of purchase, and the customer is
responsible for all shipping and handling expenses involved in returning the
products to us.
Refunds:
Products returned and accepted by us will be assessed a standard 15%
restocking charge. This charge may be waived if products are returned due to defect
or error on our part. Products that have been damaged will not receive a refund.

Shipping:
It is the customers responsibility to confirm their shipping address listed
with the payment processor. It is also the customers responsibility to inform us that they have
not received their purchase within 15 days of shipping. Customers will receive
an email from Easy Adapters on the day their purchase has shipped. Whenever possible
a tracking number will be provided. In most cases we are able to ship orders
within 24 hours. Orders placed with upgraded shipping must be placed by 12:00
noon ET for same day shipment.
Warranty:
Easy Adapters warrants new products manufactured by Easy Adapters against
defects in workmanship and material defects for a period of 1 year beginning on
the date of purchase. Products returned in otherwise good condition within the
warranty period may be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded at
Easy Adapter's option. Easy Adapters extends this warranty to the original
purchaser only, it is not transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The warranty is void if the products are subjected to neglect, abuse, accident,
or improper use. Products sold by Easy Adapters, but not manufactured by Easy
Adapters are subject to the manufacturers warranty only.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Easy Adapter's liability exceed the purchase price of the
product.
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal
information that you share with us, stays with us. The
only instances in which we will ever share your personal
information are as follows: if we obtain permission
from you first, if we transfer our business assets, if we need to
share it with contractors who perform services
for us, or if we are required by law to disclose
the information.
